We had brunch this morning here at Creekside. I’m just going to get right to it. It was AWFUL! I didn’t eat anything but the grits. The pancakes were flat and gross, had a really bad oil taste to them. The home fries were cold. You know that they were made way ahead of time instead of to order. My husbands omelet was dripping with oil. He got paper towels to try and soak up some of the oil. Didn’t work. We both sent back untouched food except for what we tried. They took my meal off and took 15% off his omelet. Neither of us ate! I paid for the cheese grits and expected to of course. However, to pay for food we didn’t eat. I feel that is wrong. This was our second attempt at trying their breakfast with a great span of time in between. Basically, no I would not go back.
Not great and orders wrong. We live in hbts and both times we have ordered our items were wrong and the food is not fantastic. Ordered the fried pickles, they came burnt and had no flavor. The meat on the salads (chicken) we ordered was very salty. Hope things improve, I will say the manager and drew are very friendly and accommodating!
Great Food and Drinks in Navvare. The Club at Hidden Creek golf course and the Creekside Southern Grill have gone through some changes and trust me they are all for the better. I have had lunch and dinner at the Creekside Southern Grill several times and all the meals I had were wonderful. Don’t miss the chance to play this great golf course if you are visiting the Navarre area or just stop by the Creekside Southern Grill at the clubhouse and have an exceptional meal or a cold beer. You won’t be sorry.
New Chef, New Menu, New Manager – So much better!. This place is so much better than it was a few months ago. They hired a new chef, new manager and created brand new menus and the food is awesome!I was down visiting my Brother and he took me here for lunch and the food was the best I had all week in Navarre. I had the fried pickles which I loved and a bbq bacon burger that was cooked perfectly. Service was perfect and the beer was cold.
Not so much. No thanks….not all its cracked up to be.
We love the new menu! Awesome Lunch, Brunch & Themed dinners! We love the burgers, Poboy & Salads! Service is fast & friendly and menu prices are very reasonable!
Just had lunch here. I am a Holley By the Sea resident and had never dined here before. I received a 10% off coupon in the local Navarre Press the other day and figured it’s so close so why not give it a shot. What I found was a nice little gem right down the street from my house. Their lunch menu is golf themed with some cute names for lunch fare, I think Big Bertha was the foot long chili cheese dog. Well my mother had a Hawaiian Burger that was amazing and I had the Hidden Creek Hot Pastrami that was made Pittsburgh Style with Fries and Slaw already on the sandwich. Delicious. We didn’t have a server per say but the bartender Drew and his manager seemed to have the dining room handled quite capably. We never waited for anything. The only downfall of this place seems to be location. It’s close for Holley By The Sea residents but waaaay off the beaten path of Hwy 98.. They apparently do dinner two nights a week so Friday night I’ll be back with Family in tow.
