Easy and good. For lunch we picked up a couple of dinners, a Pulled Pork and a Spare Ribs, and had enough food left over for the next meal. No sauce needed, which was good because I forgot to bring some home. The meats held that smoked flavor. The sides of baked beans and potato salad were also very good with the potato salad definitely not that bland stuff you find at some places. They have a nice little portable building where you order through a window. It all went well and the food was ready in just a few minutes. It was an easy way to pick up a ready to eat meal or two.
Women aren’t treated equally. I have ordered from the takeout truck on SR 70 twice now. Both times the man in front of me got nice ribs with no end pieces, while I received perhaps two edible ribs and the end pieces from his order. Do they think women don’t have good taste? The macaroni and cheese is bland and the hot sauce is merely hot, with no real flavor. I feel ripped off and will not be ordering from them again.
