Small, intimate, Excellent Peruvian Food. This is a small friendly place to eat. These people know ceviche. Made with corvina. aA good portion for $10.50 as an appetizer. The side salad is wonderful. Beef stew peruvian style is excellent, also. had the anticuchos as an appetizer which is grilled veal heart and it comes with peruvian corn and potatoes. it could have been an entree. We’ll be back

Great Cuban Food!. My group of 4 stumbled across this gem yesterday. We were in town for a spring training game and the two popular Amish restaurants had lines wrapped around the buildings. We were kind of in a time crunch and I saw this place from the parking lot at a strip mall. If you are one to judge a book by its cover, you will definitely miss out on this one. The outside is run down, and in an old building. But, once we were inside we had a very pleasant experience. The two workers/owners were so personable and so sweet. They took time to explain different things on the menu and explain the mix of Peruvian and Cuban food. Of the four people in my party, we ordered three different entrees and every single one of them was absolutely delicious. All had enough food for us to have plenty to eat and try each others dish and have plenty leftover. We drank a Peruvian beer, which was great. Go in with an open mind and an open pallet and you will not be disappointed!
A new Peruvian Cuban place. We arrived for lunch and were happy to see they had some lunch menu items for about eight dollars that consisted of the soup of the day and a main dish. Im not sure now the names of our dishes but I have posted photos. The soup was green and good, a chicken soup with cilantro. There was plenty of diced chicken and some other items, I attempted to show that in the photo. I think my main dish was Ropa Vieja. It wasnt a stew but was shredded beef with a sauce. It was also good, might have needed to be warmed more. I dont know the name of my wifes dish, it was a thin cut of meat with a nice topping of garlic and other ingredients. I had a sample and liked it, although the meat was kind of tough.Service was ok until they botched the endgame. Earlier my wife struggled to get any recommendations but finally did. She also wanted to sub her fries, that seemed a little too difficult, decided to just not get the fries, and ended up with fries anyway. She had enough willpower to not eat them. Come time to pay the bill and leave, we finally concluded that even though they had cleared our plates, boxed up leftovers, and I had a credit card sitting on the table, they were just not going to bring us a bill until we specifically asked for it. Only opened for a month Ill call it inexperience and hope they recognize when it is time to ask about dessert or offer to bring us the check.Im going to withhold my vote and perhaps revisit after they have become more established.
