Rudest manager ever!! He needs to learn some customer service because complaining to us about other customers and ranting about everything makes for a bit of an awkward situation. if you want big olaf’s icecream I would suggest driving to the Siesta Key location, because an encounter with that crabby old man isn’t worth it!
