TERRIBLE!. Terrible experience! To start off, it was a friends birthday and the owner decided that since we brought our own cake, he would charge each guest a fee for the cake to be cut and dispersed! Then, we received the AWFUL food! The salad that comes with the dinner is a poor excuse of a salad. Basically limp lettuce and a couple cherry tomatoes. No grated cheese or homemade dressing, I mean even Olive Garden offers these things. Then the dinner came, and when I say absolutely disgusting, I mean not even edible! I had chicken parm and the chicken was so thick and overcooked I could barely cut it with my knife. My first bite also happened to be the cartilage of the meat and I was disgusted! Three other people in my group got this dinner and had the same problem, so it was NOT just my dinner or taste buds. Then, we told our waitress about this occurrence. She called over the owner and he was quite unpleasant! He was rude and decided that he would take off the charge of the meal, but charge us $5 for the pathetic side salad. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating, but the owner and this establishment need to be shut down! Worst restaurant I have even been to! YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED!

The manager/owner is rude, he doesn’t know how to deal with customers. After we finally got the owner to take the chicken parm back, we were still charged four dollars for a side salad that came with the awful dinner that wasn’t even worthy of being called a salad. You’ll have a better experience at your local McDonalds.
First of all, we brought a birthday cake to celebrate, and the cheap owner had the nerve to charge $1 each for every plate in our party of 16 people. This was after the terrible service we received along with god awful, clearly frozen food. 4 people in our party ordered the chicken parmigiana, and each of them returned their plate since the chicken was thick, well overcooked, and tasteless. Terrible restaurant, and not worth the price at all. This place makes Olive Garden look like a 5 star authentic Italian restaurant with world class chefs. Save your money, go somewhere else.
Nice place, ok food. We arrived to an almost full parking lot and restaurant. Walking in my first impression was the restaurant has an elegant Mediterranean look and the live music sounded great. Not typical Italian background music but a fine mix of instrumentals. We were seated right away in the back dining room where tables were comfortably spaced apart.As for the food, I wish it were a little better. I started with a Caesar Salad that was made with creamy Caesar dressing. Creamy Caesar dressing makes me think it was just dumped out of a bottle onto some romaine. That may not be the case and if I am wrong Im sorry, but I really prefer the olive oil based dressing.My entre was Rigatoni Al La Vodka and my dinner companion the Veal Monte Carlo. Both were large impressive looking dishes, but both tasted flat. If the sauces had some distinctive flavor these would have been great. They were fine as they were, especially for anyone looking for a safe dish.Service was great, food was delivered quicker than I would have expected, and a drink refill appeared just at the right time. The leftovers were boxed and the bill delivered and picked up without any delays. All in all while we were a little disappointed with the food, we were not disappointed with the place. Maybe next time we will grab a pizza, one served to a neighboring table looked very good.
This week we have been in Florida on Vacation from Pensacola, to Key West, and this was Easily the best food we have had in Florida. Definately worth stopping in at Mama Leone’s.
