My experience with Mandarin Express was not that good. I was really hungry when I found this place in the mall with a huge crowd inside. I thought they must be serving some really nice food but I was wrong. They were not any better than the pathetic Panda Express types.I ordered mongolian chicken and noodles. Both were below average and I really wanted to throw it away but couldn’t as I am strictly against wasting food. I wasted some essential stomach space after having the noodles and chicken.My overall experience with Mandarin Express was bad an would definitely won’t visit this place again, ever.

I initially wasn’t hungry or going to eat at the mall but as soon as we walked through macy’s my boyfriend and i (who’s always hungry) smelt something & of course he wanted to eat….. we realized it was the chinese food… we went in and checked it out.. first, we got a bunch of samples for FREE!!! of whatever we wanted to try it and see what we wanted before we bought anything.. we got the emperors meal that came with a large drink and it was more than enough to share between two people & was less than 10$.. to me, that is already a WIN! the food was amazing and i come back regularly now to eat here. I would recommend it to anyone in the area… VERY GOOD FOOD! I’m satisfied 100% go in and definitely at least try a sample, it’ll be worth your while!!!!
Not bad. Expect food court food and you should be good, even though UTC does not have a typical food court. I popped in and had their Mongolian Chicken, very sweet but also a hint of spicy. The chicken plus a couple of sides, I went with the Lo Mein and the overcooked veggies, fit nicely inside the Styrofoam container. It was not bad.The food is previously prepared and sitting in steamer trays, which should make it a quick process to go through the short line, select what you want and pay. It was quick for me.
Save your money. This clear copy of Panda Express (the name, the serving style, the exact same side offerings, the styrofoam boxes, even a few entrees) has managed to mimic everything but the pleasant flavor at Panda. Mediocre sauces, minimal choices, and fatty chicken make this a choice you won’t be celebrating.
YUM. Can’t wait to pick up our dinner for tonight! This place has the best aromas! Yum Yum Yum!
