Just your average Outback Steakhouse. Hostesses and servers were friendly. The drinks were very good & strong. Food was decent–steaks were a little tough to chew. Our overall experience was that it was just another chain steakhouse.
On may 2,2011 while visiting the city of venice we decided to stop at this location to dine in celebration of mother’s day. upon arriving we were informed there was a 15 minute wait. While waiting we observed that others were being served before us. Understanding we were more we kept waiting. 15 mins passed and then we were told a table was being cleared. After some time a group of more people that arrived after us was offered their table meantime we were offered the excuse that a table was being cleared. That’s when we decided to leave. We were not offered an apology and the manager which i believe was there didn’t address the issue. Worst experience ever. customer service is non-existant at this location.

YUK!!!!This really is our last visit to this outlet29 Mar, 2009Don’t bother!. Possibly the worst restaurant we have eaten at in Venice.Rude staff, long wait, poor service. My starter of breaded scampi tasted of bleach. A polite complaint elicited a ‘take it or leave it’ reply. I left it and we didn’t wait for our entrees.Give this place a miss!
