Save your money, Save your Time. I recently order from the Papa John’s in Venice, and I was quite dismayed by my experience, to the point of where I will never order there again. To the point of where I will tell everyone I know to go anywhere else but Papa John’s in Venice.I placed my order online at 12:30 in the afternoon for a 6:45 PM delivery. The delivery ran a half hour late, but I never received a courtesy call from the store or the driver (Despite the fact they ask you for your phone number on the website whenever you place an order) I had to initiate the phone call to find out where my 35 dollar order was. You think for that money they would at least call out of courtesy right? Wrong.That’s not the the conclusion of my dissatisfaction though. I was charged for an item I never received, and when I called the customer service line, they assured me my concerns would be addressed and never were. No one called me back in the 24-72 hour time period to address my complaints. Back to the Pizza being late, and almost being cold: The driver told me he knew of where I was located but his GPS gave him the runaround to the wrong entrance. Impossible, as I gave them the special delivery instructions on the website which they disregarded. I ordered from Dominos a few nights later, and they not only had my food here on time, they knew the entrance to use, and the food was piping hot which is how you want your pizza. I would recommend going anywhere else than Papa John’s in Venice, it’s an experience that I won’t subject myself to again.
