Hot sandwiches?. Running out to grab a sandwich, Publix is an easy choice. Primarily a grocery store, Publix also has a deli section with pre-made food as well as made to order sandwiches. I should stick to their bakery section.As I was waiting for my turn I was looking at their menu. They had a few cold sandwiches listed and a few hot sandwiches. I went with the Mojo Pork sandwich from the hot side. Wasnt really sure what mojo pork was but Google provided some info later, apparently it is supposed to be marinated. Mine was mostly just dry.Getting back to my visit, it turned out the pork was over in a display case of previously prepared food, which makes sense. Warmed under heat lights, that was what made my sandwich hot. It was not toasted, or nuked, just the warmth of the pork. The menu had said the sandwich came with this mojo pork and onions, and my choice of toppings. I didnt notice any onions at all.My sandwich maker wasnt really chatty. Got it made, wrapped, price sticker attached, and I pay at the main registers. I do like how they wrap the two halves separately and the bread was fresh and good.
