Online ordering was easy. I went to the Publix website to see if they listed what types of sandwiches they made and discovered they offered on-line ordering. It was easy to use and I ordered a Reuben. This was going to be great, Publix in general can be a little slow making sandwiches, this way they can be making my sandwich as I drove to the store. It didnt go quite as well as expected. They missed seeing my order at the deli but quickly found it once I arrived to pick up my sandwich. I can see potential with online ordering, it just didnt help me. They could have used that head start, it took about 10 minutes to make my sandwich while I waited.After all that the sandwich wasnt that good.
