A very good visit. Yesterday I read an article about how often and how much pizza we eat as a society and it was a great deal. It got me thinking about pizza, so today I made a trip to Ricos at 17th St and Lockwood Ridge. They even had a nice lunch special of 2 slices and a drink for $5.99, so why did I end up trying their Chicken Piccata? Beats me.It was a very good choice and a great deal of food. I got it with penne pasta and it came in a large bowl. The wine sauce was a little thick and very tasty, the chicken breast good sized. This dish was one of their house specialties and came with a salad and bread. A friendly greeting when I walked in and a friendly goodbye when I left bookmarked a very good visit.Service was excellent. At one point she did get tied up taking a long or complicated takeout order but as soon as she finished that she was right over to check on me again.They do have one TV, something to distract me while I enjoyed my food. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside.
