  Food is good, but BEWARE you will be upcharged on toppings and not even know it!! I asked for a 72 Blue pizza but I asked for just a LITTLE bit of blue cheese with the mozzarella (as a blend, NOT as extra). The guy making my pizza just took a BIG old hand full of blue cheese and it was just smothered in cheese in the end (SO gross!!). Then they charged me for extra cheese. REALLY?

  Quick and good. Quick pizza often means the reheating of previously made slices, but that is not the case at Rise Pies. These are made to order pizzas, assembled and cooked while you wait, but the wait is not long. I stopped in today to try one of their specialty pizzas called DA Bears.When I first arrived there was a line, so being inside the new University Town Center Mall I wandered off to do a couple of other things. When I returned there was no line. They advertise pizza perfection in 160 seconds, which is just under 3 minutes. I timed them and was impressed, it took right at 5 minutes from the time I first spoke to a person until I walked away with my pizza, the 160 seconds about the time it was in the oven. Id guess the thin crust pie was about 11 or 12 inches, cut into fourths, a good size for me.The pizza was pretty good. Ive had better, and worse. They were not real generous with toppings but it was also not lacking. It is a popular place and seating is a premium with some seating along a couple of counters. UTC does not have a food court per se, Rise Pies is located on the lower level down at the end by Macys. It was a good stop on my shopping trip.

  Create you own pizza or choose any specialty pizza and it’s ready in 160 seconds!!! Fast and fresh !
