Another Christmas Day diner. We too had reservations and had to wait an hour! Our waitress was pleasant; and very stressed by the situation. We had to wait an hour for our order as well. We tried expressing our displeasure with the manager and was told she would take care of us next time we come in! Needless to say, we tried to tell her she should have taken care of us today. We also told her there would not be a next time – we won’t be back. She just said that’s too bad and walked away! My wife and I both grew up working in restaurants and never have seen such callous behavior by an establishment towards its customers!

Never again. It was 3 pm and the restaurant was slow. It took 10 minutes to get water. Our waitress denise was very rude. We ordered food and I ordered a margarita at that time. Our appetizer came before my drink. The food was average but the service was so bad I will never go again. I am a waitress abd if I’m going to pay 60 for a meal, I expect exceptional service.
Save your money for a restaurant that cares. I am not someone who likes to complain. Ever. I have received frozen lasagna and not said a word. This was by far the worst food I have ever gotten from a restaurant. Period. My husband ordered scallops. They arrived cold and so over cooked they were tiny bits of rubber. I ordered a seafood steam pot: the crab legs were paper and in no way edible. The oysters did not open and the mussels were over cooked. The tea tasted like old coffee. The waiter did his best to accommodate the situation, but the manager was not willing to see us during lunch hours with only a few other patrons in sight. We tipped the waiter and left.
Disappointing Service. Our group stood at the hostess stand for 5 minutes before someone finally came along and told us to go ahead and just seat ourselves. We had to go up to the bar to get drinks as all of our group would sit with empty glasses and never see our server. Our bar burger took over 30 minutes to arrive. Thirsty and hungry is not a good combination. We asked our server why he never stopped back to take our final happy hour drink order and he said he would see what he could do. He came back with only half our drinks saying that is the best he could do on happy hour pricing and never even acknowledged the rest of the group. I will not return.
Happy Hour/Dinner-Terrible. A very disappointing meal. Catch of the day is not catch of the day-the fish is frozen. My Grouper which is local was terrible. Shrimps had no taste. Happy hour is a joke. Waiters don’t tell you what is part of happy hour and what is not. Caesar salad would have been better if they used Kraft dressing. Do not recommend! 1 out of 10.
