Raw Lasagna. A robust, light and delightful raw lasagna . Layered zucchini with cashew cheese , coconut shavings and some sort of crushed herbed tomato paste. So original and beautifully presented. If your a veggie person like me it’s a mustMy cup of tea. First and for most I’ve been here three time so far.. And everything is delicious, I’m a vegan and they had a great array of options. The place is small, and fills up quickly. but the service is spot on. Knowledgeable and friendly. My husband who loves meat has also enjoyed everything! Oh and kombucha on draft ! Enough said . Love this place
