This is an Amazing restaurant! I got the vegetarian black bean burger w a side of roasted veggies n a green smoothie and everything was so flavorful! The inside is clean and has a nice aroma of baked bread, hence the smell. I also loved the fact they had donations towards promoting vegetarians. I’m not 100% veggie yet but I know it can help the world be a more sustainable place. Also they have humanely raises meats, so it’s a great place to bring anyone! It’s DEF going to be my new go-to spot. It has tht Starbucks vibe inside that makes you want to stay and hand out. I super recommend it, just GO!! 🙂

Chocolate cake with hemp seeds… yum!! We’ll be back! Vegetarians should support this place! Everyone should try it, they have something for everyone. A lot of GF options too.

As you may expect, the menu is full of interesting choices.As well as providing options to the vegetarian and vegans among us, they also have some meat items. The chickens who contributed to my Pepita Crusted Chicken Burger had a better life than most chickens.How was the food? I liked the softness of the Bulkie Roll and the sandwich itself was good. Not the best chicken burger Ive ever had but I do not feel I sacrificed a good meal to eat healthier. This was a good meal. My wife, who has stronger leanings towards a vegetarian diet, really liked her Boston Banh Mi.Opened only 3 weeks, the place is ready for business. We were surprised this was not a franchised restaurant for as finished as it looked. It is a Sarasota original, and I hope it becomes a popular alternative for good, healthy eating.Smell The Bread is in the Beneva Village Shoppes at the SW corner of Clark Rd and Beneva Rd. We showed up almost at closing. We were assured if we arrived closer to opening there would not only be a good selection of bakery items, but we would also be able to smell the bread.
