GREAT FOOD BUT….. The need to develop customer service skills is evident as you walk in. No one greets you! You’re left on your own to figure out that if you choose to eat in that you’re to order first, go sit & someone will bring it out to your table after given a number. Instead when you walk in you’re met with blank stares. No friendly demeanor here that’s for sure. No one thanks you for your patronage. A lesson can definitely be learned from First Watch which is doing it right as soon as you get there. As they see you coming if possible they’ll open the door & greet you. Everyone is friendly at First Watch even waitstaff attending other patrons smile & make you feel welcomed. This same opinion incidentally has been echoed by others.But once again the food at Solorzano is excellent & is the only reason to return. Their garlic knots are a must have.
