Inexpensive with lots of choices. If you are over in the Cattleman Rd/ Palmer Blvd area there is a breakfast/lunch place inside the Shell gas station across from Detwilers Market. I stopped in for lunch. What I saw were quite a few previously prepared items in a couple of cases. They also have several cook to order and assembly items and a nice list of specials. Offering specials is a great way to change things up for your regular customers.I picked the Mushroom Swiss Burger and found it to be very good. I saw no seating and anyway I needed to get my food to go, so there was a delay between buying and eating. The fries were pretty basic and the delay didnt make them any better.The big plus here is the food is inexpensive and particularly if you get something previously prepared, you can get in and out quickly. This is a great workingmans place where time and possibly funds are limited. I arrived early for lunch so it was not busy but there is a window of time where many from the surrounding area arrive. T & T had several people ready to serve.
