This place kicks butt! Great coffee, food and service. We had the two egg deal. Amazing! Def. coming back!
We had a very good breakfast. We made a good choice today for breakfast. The Broken Egg of Siesta Key, made famous by sports legend Dick Vitale (if it wasnt already famous in this area before) has expanded to two other locations. This one took over the spot previously occupied by The Atlanta Bread Company some time ago. The place was bright and inviting. It was busy but there was no wait. I ordered the Manasota Key Omelet, an omelet with bacon, ham, sausage and cheese, and enjoyed it very much. The omelet came with a potato cake, nicely seasoned. Service was fine. This is not fancy dining but everything went smoothly from the greeting to paying the bill. In the seating area they have a machine to turn oranges into freshly squeezed juice. I found it fun to watch it work.
Took my daughtet for breakfast this morning, things have really improved. We had eaten here about a year ago and were very disappointed. The service was bad, didn’t get what we ordered and the food was bad. Just went back the other day for lunch and it was wonderful! They have a new menu.
Great Breakfast Place. All I can say is WOW!!!!!! I had the crabcake benedict, and it was amazing!!!!! My family and I are going to make it our favorite breakfast spot from now on. The staff is very friendly and the place is big, bright and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that loves a great meal!!!!
We ate at the Siesta Key Broken Egg location. The place is always busy and this was the third time we’ve eaten there. This time only because our favorite little breakfast joint had closed. The menu is pretty extensive. My wife and I both had omelettes. They don’t serve some of the things on this menu because it’s not their Clark location. The food was slow in coming (not their norm) and overcooked (normal). Overall an OK, but not an outstanding experience.
