Very good, possibly better. It is a very nice place, larger than I expected with seating inside and out. It was a cool evening and they had several propane flame heaters on. We sat inside tonight. The view was nice, we sat at the window looking out over Philippi Creek. We arrived early so there were not many customers. That changed as the evening progressed. It seemed 7:00 was the magic time where it really filled up and shortly thereafter the noise level went up.Service was great throughout our meal, our server must have kept a close eye on us because she was always there at the right time. The food was very good, and possibly better. Im not really qualified to judge complex meals from high end restaurants. I did not have a wow moment, but I had a good dinner. We started with Yuca Mozzarella Rolls, cheesy and exceptional. The soup of the day was a Conch Chowder. It was Manhattan style, a nice difference from the usual cream chowders I sometimes have. Salty and very good, I like salty. We also had the Crispy Oyster Flamenco appetizer. Great presentation but we felt there was too much breading and not nearly enough oyster. For my entre I had one of the specials called the Trio, fish, a scallop and shrimp. I cant describe it properly, but did not look or taste like anything special. For the price I expected something special. The carrot cake we shared for dessert was dense and we agreed the best part of the meal.We had a nice evening and were glad we went, but too expensive for us to repeat anytime soon.

Great food here. Ate here 3 times since late April. All were great meals. A bit expensive but worth the price. Menu has lots of great choices with interesting ingredients. We waited too long to give this place a try.

Classy Happy Hour. Not just classy………….fabulous view and excellent food and service………a winning combination.Served daily from 4pm -6:30pm, it is $5 cocktails and small plates.First the view…………nestled along Philippi Creek, it has a sleek ultra modern look with tables all along the windows with a wonderful water view. Outside seating also available……..but, we’ll have to wait about a month for that for the weather to chill.I started with a mohito……an excellent version with lots of lime, mint, and rum. Way to get the weekend rockingWe had crispy oysters, beef tenderloin skewer, Chilean sea bass fritters, and bacon jam flatbread. They are all $5………..basically a 50% discount from the dinner menu……..and, all were excellent. Well prepared, very good presentation, and delicious. All were good…………but, the flatbread was outstanding……..followed by the beef tenderloin in our humble opinion. But, you won’t go wrong with any of them.Go for the view…………stay for the food.
