Worst customer service ever…if you want to be treatd properly donot eat here. So called manager with no people skills, Jacob turned a small shortcoming into a full out argument.I won two restaurants in Canada and if one of my staff treated a customer like I was treated he would be fired on the spot.If you like being treated like a valued customer do not eat here. Dr C McCrackenHe said if I am not happy to do a credit card chargeback, which I will. I would love to speak to the owner about how this person dealt with a situation.
Delicious Italian Food. Great Italian food! Reasonable prices and happy hour deals not only the drinks but also on some of their food! Pizzas are very nice size . They even have gluten free options as well! Entrees are very generous portions. Our waitress was great, very friendly, knowledgeable on menu, we did not wait very long for our meal. Our whole experience was just wonderful .

Nice laid back place with good food at a fair price. Pizza was very good, service was good, and the atmosphere was nice. This place reminded me of vicino’s in Wichita. Nothing ostentatious or over the top like places on Siesta Key. You don’t feel like you have to be wearing a suit and tie to go in. Very laid back and the food is very good also. Give it a try I bet you will like it.
We randomly selected this place to eat one day on our way to the beach. Large menu to choose from. Salads are good. My son had a calzone and all 4 of us were able to eat some of it – delicious crust! Good service and if we had wanted it, they had a good selection of beer & wine.
This place never seems to disappoint me, my grandparents introduced me to this family owned restaurant when I moved here 5 years ago. It’s been my favorite Italian restaurant here in Sarasota ever since! Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait for either the food or a table, but it’s surely worth it it because the food is actually made to order and from scratch! That’s something I really appreciate in restaurants, is good and honest food. Probably on of my absolute favorite things from the menu is their tiramisu dessert!!! I cannot go there without ordering it, not matter how full I get 😀 I’m a harsh tiramisu critic, I think many of you can agree that it is very hard to find good tiramisu. Well this place has got it!!! I swear it almost melts in your mouth, so rich and smooth, the perfect balanced taste of espresso, chocolate, and cream. Goes great with their cappuccinos!I highly recommend Valentino’s!
Amazing Italian Food!. Such an amazing Italian environment! Fast service, impeccable food, and friendly people! The food was so tasty I wanted to bring more food back home! I can’t wait to bring my friends and family so I can share what I experienced at this restaurant! I love Valentino’s!
