Something different. I encourage you to try Beauty of Sprouts, a new Vegan restaurant at Fruitville and Lemon Ave. We went for dinner and met a friendly eager to please owner who is bringing some healthy choices to the downtown area. It is a small place, I counted 6 tables. The menu is small but ever changing, so check their facebook for the latest. They will also go off-menu if you have special requests.My wife and I both tried their Lasagna, similar to the Italian version only in the layering of ingredients. The cool square of raw items was something different for me and very good. It came with an arugula salad. Not enough food for me but my wife was very satisfied with the portion size. We ended our meal by sharing a small Lavender Crme Brulee that was really good with a nice sweet almond flavor.
