Not bad but improvement is needed. Please call Robert Irvine of Restaurant: Impossible. The recent interior changes was a great start but now they need a little TLC in the service and food area. Still a fan of Caragiulo’s but some changes are needed.
Wow, I’ve never felt more unwelcomed and as if I’m inconveniencing the staff– including the a-hole manager. Unbelievable. I was not a big ticket costumer, which shouldn’t matter. But I had been wanting to try this place for a while as we love to dine out. Food was good and I would have absolutely been a repeat costumer if I had been treated slightly friendlier. I don’t need ass kissing but come on. Seriously?? Plenty other places to dine w a staff that is happy your there. I mean your there to make money and have your patrons want to return to your establishment… Right?
HORRENDOUS SERVICE. RUDE server in the bar area who was downright nasty and incredibly BAD attitude from management. No concept of customer service. Food is not great. What a huge disappointment. Don’t go here. Ugh.
Great pizza. I have had the Da Vinci pizza many times through the years and looked forward to having it again tonight for dinner. I was not disappointed. It is a meat and mushroom pizza with a thin crust that is good-sized for a personal pizza and delicious. True the bottom crust is not crispy but the flavor was just as I remembered, and it is a good memory. I believe this to be one of the much better pizzas in the area. Must be the sausage.Service had a few flaws like bringing the wrong salad and forgetting my drink refill for a couple of minutes but he was a slightly irreverent and outgoing person and that was a refreshing change. Caragiulos has a nice outdoor seating area and an old movie poster dcor on the walls and tables.
Great place, good pizza! Nice, but family friendly as well. Kids got to make their own pizzas which they thought was awesome! The wine I had was actually really good as well. Would go again.
Been going since they opened. I love to go here.The food is great and if they have taken a dish you like off the menu and you ask for it the chef will fix it for you.I always feel like they are happy to see me and want to make my meal an enjoyable one. The waiters are wonderful.The brothers are always friendly and helpful.I just had my 70th. Birthday Party there and it was fantastic.This is really the only place I take company to when they visit. Thanks Caragiulo’s for many a good meals.
We have coming here since they opened. We still love it. The food is great and kids can make their own pizza! How cool is that.
