Stephen Phelps had a vision which a few years ago came to fruition. He wanted to use only locally raised ingredients when available. He strives for giving each patron a taste of truly fresh and safe choices. With each bite you really sense the care he and his staff pride themselves with delivering. The space he’s chosen and the presentation with which he serves are both inviting. Sarasota prides itself on being a foodie haven, but few go the extra mile to ensure a valuable experience as Indigenous. The staff work in harmony without the usual pretentiousness that many seem to relish. If you want a truly rewarding dining experience then you really should consider making his the top of your list.
