The owner is arrogant. I went to the lox and bagel off of us 41 and Bee Rigde and ordered a dozen bagels . The owner tells his worker that the bagels are for another order later and tells me that I have to pick a different flavor. U would think the owner would have taken that order off the shelf earlier . But they don’t care. In this bagel place the customer has no voice . The owner is from nj and he could move to Florida but u can’t take the nj out of him . He’s rude and he lost my business for ever. So if u want custermer service when u order a bagel . U mine as well go to Publix or Einstein bagels at least they make u feel like u want to come back!
Cutting Corners. I went here for the first time in awhile and was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food. I got a Ham Egg and Cheese bagel and it was barely edible. The bagel was marginal and the ham was of low quality and the egg was so overcooked it was dried out. On top of that the coffee was some of the poorest quality coffee I have ever had. I have had better coffee at a convenience store!Dear owners you are not fooling anyone by cutting corners and serving poor quality food. You charge a good bit for your food so you should be able to afford better ingredients than you are using. Also, you may be from N.Y. but this is the South. You should really have fresh brewed iced tea not some concentrated soda fountain version.I left feeling ripped off.
