Marina Jacks is one of the best places to eat at in Sarasota and definitely deserves 4 stars based on location. Food is pretty good depending on what you order. Grouper and mahi are my usuals. Flatbreads are great! I am from Sarasota so this is a another local spot with a ton of good memories. I have been going there since I was 5 years old with my family. Beautiful views on the water. Fun to go to by boat as well. Can also walk over to City Park and see all the boats on the dock. Downstairs is more casual with music at night which I prefer. Fun place to hang out, enjoy being on the water, and have a mojito. Upstairs is fine dining and the food is pretty good! I think I usually get salmon or steak upstairs…Only thing I dont like about eating upstairs is that its going to be a very long dinner due to slow service. I have been on the Marina Jack dinner yacht which I would recommend. They take you around the bay to see the beautiful homes and sunset…would be great for a date night!
