EXCELLENT. Never had a bad meal at Patrick’s. The new restaurant is very nice, clean and full of atmosphere. Apparently, the place that moved into the old Patrick’s location has closed down for lack of business. I highly recommend Patrick’s for good food and good drink. Oh, and Monday’s are $5.00 burger days!!!
Food was good. I had the seafood platter. Mashed potatoes were cold though. A bit pricey for the portion size. Overall it was great service and not bad food! My boyfriend and I both had seafood and waters, our bill was $32 plus tax.
Service was good. Food fair. Steak sandwich raw. Chili came with wrong toppings.
Great location, below average food. Way below. I had high hopes but after the soup that was definitely fresh from the can, it went straight downhill. Bad seafood, over seasoned and over-cooked. Cold side dishes that were just bland. Burgers were tasteless, under-cooked. Service was great. Do not eat here!
Pretty good food. My wife and I went there for a really good burger and beer. Our expectations we’re met but not exceeded. Our burgers were good but not great. They just didn’t have a lot of flavor and neither did their buns. I’ve never met a french fry I didn’t like….theirs was just fair. We’d go back but probably not our first choice.
First visit New Location. If this is new, the house keeping needs to be upgraded. The Pig doesn’t venture down to Main Street in Sarasota often. The pretentious thirty something wanna bees and wanna be seen crew that frequents the scene leaves a bad smell in this Pigs snout. However, three little piggy’s entered Partrick’s on Main Street around 7:00pm just wanting something to fill our small appetites. First up, an easy app that can be really good or really bad – French Onion Soup. I have to say it was PERFECT! Not salty-flavorful and Delicious. The entree’s – Seared Sea Scallops and Shrimp Scampi. Well, you know I’ve been cooking for years and I know the only way to sear a scallop is 3 mins on each side. Well, not the case at Patricks. They seared only one side ??????? The dish was tasteless and the scallops (well need I say more). The Shrimp Scampi, Please this is the last time I will say this . . . Hot butter and jarred minced garlic does not equal Scampi. That is what I was served. Butter and shrimp on penne pasta. NASTY. However, we did see some really nice looking burgers pass by . . . and the Pig and Piglets will re-visit Patricks to sample one of those . . .However, not on a holiday or a Monday. (you know why). Oh, and of course the prices equal the location and persona of Main Street Sarasota. ARROGANT AND PRETENTIOUS!
Disliked. We ordered take out for the first time ever from this restaurant, Ashleyfoods delivered( who are a great ordering service by the way) We ordered lg salad with manderine oranges, mahi mahi, hamb med well and onion rings, when our food arrived the salad was soggy, hamb not med-well was more med rare, and the onion ring were soggy also, never again, I will say the mahi mahi was good though, could of used some lemon on side.
