We stopped in after walking around the farmers market so we wanted something cooling and quick. Starting with house special app gives you 2eggrolls, 2springrolls and 4 crispy shrimp roll. It’s a nice mix for the three of us. And we split the triple delight fine vermicelli platter with beef, pork meatballs and shrimp paste. The dish is served with pickled dicon & carrots, lettuce and these cool vermicelli sheets to wrap everything in. It was delish!!!
Service was terrible. never took drink order and no one asked if everything was alright once.. Ruined my experience. I’m Vietnamese and honestly thought it was ok food that was a bit expensive SO i recommend to step up your service! Lucky you are on Main Street with not many other Viet restaurants around.
Have eaten here more than 50 times over the past 4-5 years. I’ve always had excellent service. The food is always delicious IMO. Love the won ton soup and the spring rolls. Love the pho when the weather is cool. Choose the bun during warm weather. I’ve seen the few bad reviews. I haven’t had the same experience. I’m not from viet nam, nor have I visited there. I have had excellent Pho in NYC and Boston/Allston, MA. Love pho Cali for sure.
Disappointing. Went to Pho Cali, ordered and then waited and waited for the food……..when questioned the waitress said that our order was on the way…by the time we got our food, all the customers who had come at the same time had been served and had finished eating. When we questioned the waitress again asking what had happened she dismissed our question. What we had ordered what just regular menu foods like Pho. Because of the experience the food did not seem very good. I did give it another try with some friends a few months later and did not think the food was worth the trip. Will skip this place altogether.
Pho was pretty bad and they got the order wrong (put the wrong type of beef in it). They refused to take it off the check and were rude about it.
