Very poor customer service in sarasota. Poor is putting it mildly. Do not bother with this place. The management has no idea how to treat their customers. And the food is way overpriced and average at best.
Someone need to teach the lady with the short spiky black hair a thing about customer service. Completely disorganized, get it while they last…won’t make it till the end of the year.21 Jun, 2014Awesome pizza, Italian beefs and great dough nuggets. Finally a great Chicago Pizza in Sarasota.
Chicago pizza is good. We happened by Rosatis this evening, a newly opened pizza place in Sarasota Commons. We prefer thin crust pizza over the Chicago style deep dish pizza so we were glad to see they also offer thin crust. Also on their menu are pasta dishes and sandwiches, including Italian Beef, and even a Chicago Dog. We opted for a build your own thin crust and picked Italian Sausage and Mushrooms for our toppings. The pizza was made to order and took about 20 minutes from the time we ordered until the pizza arrived. The pizza was quite good with good big pieces of mushroom and sausage, and they used a good cheese. The crust was thin but still different than the typical New York style thin crust. I ended up using The Google and relearned there is a Chicago style thin crust pizza where the crust is baked and has a noticeable crunch, and that sounded exactly what we had tonight.Rosatis has about a dozen tables and booths inside and a couple of tables outside. They almost have table service but to order you need to go up to the counter. Everyone was nice, checking on us throughout our meal. The have a few TVs and there is plenty or parking.
