Gelato was not good at all. Tried several flavors between my husband and myself hoping one would be redeeming…Lemon tastes like furniture polish, pistachio had what I can only assume were fake nuts in it, and cherry had a very bitter taste. Guess there was a reason the other ice cream shop had a huge line and this one had none…lesson learned!

Gelato is great. Settimis is an inviting place along St Armands Circle, a narrow store with the many gelato selections right up by the entrance. It was fairly busy when we stopped by. We sampled a couple of unusual (to us) flavors, Dulce de Leche and Tiramisu. We found them both delicious. In the back they have coffee, pizza and some seating. We sat at one of the small tables outside and watched the world go by. It was a nice evening.
The pizza here is some of the best I’ve ever had… And trust me, I’ve had some of the best pizza in the nation.
Cutest guy ever serving creamy goodness
