A good healthy option. Just a few steps down from the always popular Blue Dolphin Caf, Thats Fresh is the latest entry to the Saint Armands food scene. It is a health conscience place promoting itself as an organic juice bar, but they also offer sandwiches and salads. I stopped in this morning for an Egg Sandwich.The sandwich was very good, an egg and cheese sandwich with spinach, tomato and my choice of turkey bacon or turkey sausage. I went with the sausage. I really liked the bread and meant to ask what kind it was, but forgot. I did think the cheddar cheese was not noticeable enough in the sandwich, they are looking into changing providers to Boars Head.I liked the bright open look of the place and they have 4 tables for those who want to stay and enjoy your food or drink. I also liked the person who made my food and I wish them well as they get established on the circle.
