Nice place. I really liked the Tom Yum Soup and the Garlic & Black Pepper Beef was ok. Likely better than I describe, Im not really a lover of Thai food. The restaurant is nice. They have the tables with carved scenes covered with glass. We sat by the window and watched the people walking by. Service was fine throughout the meal. We have eaten here several times over the years and have never been disappointed.
Love it!. We have been eating at Tropical Thai for years! We try to go for lunch since the dinner portions are huge. Lunch is usually $7.95 and you get your entree, their house soup and house salad. I don’t know what the dressing is they put on their house salad but it’s amazing and I haven’t been able to find anything like it. The lunch portions aren’t huge but are big enough that we still usually have leftovers. Very nice atmosphere and the staff is great too. I recommend the Amazing chicken, my husband usually gets the sweet and sour shrimp.
Ordered the mixed veg curry.. ( red curry). Just ok.. Have much better curry. I will try again another dish perhaps..
Huge vegetarian menu. Save a little money and go for the lunch specials.
