I have been here twice and both times were wonderful. Prompt courteous service with a smile and a heaping pile of yummy food. Be prepared to eat or get a to go box when you come as the portions are served family style. The menu is very extensive offering seafood to include shrimp, grouper, frog legs, calamariand jelly fish salad, beef, pork and chicken. Unless specifically specified white rice is at an additional charge of $1.00 but the side of rice is big. If you are straight up Southern, I do not recommend the ice tea. The ice tea tastes like it comes from a machine and is not brewed. I feel the prices on the menu are very good for the portions you get. They also offer alcoholic beverages. I highly recommend the yummy house and I will be back.Pictured below is what we ate. It includes the Salt and Pepper shrimp for the appetizer, Cashew chicken and Szechuan chicken. I got to excited about eating that I added rice before I took the picture.
Surprising how good all the dishes were, and very fresh! A very nice atmosphere and excellent service. Be prepared to wait a bit for an early supper – its popular!
This place has terrible food. My girlfriend and I ordered 4 different things and we could finish it because it was really bad. Worst Asian place I ever been to.
Why don’t they answer their phone to call in an order.. I have tried numerous times calling the restaurant and it either rings and no one answers or the phone is taken off the hook.
I don’t know how this place gets bad reviews. The food is great! I think people expect the same food as the take-out places, and when they get a little bit more authentic, they are disappointed . The food is really fresh and the quantity is big, it’s always busy and expect to wait!
Restrooms really were filthy. Service was good. Mongolian Beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp were very good. Sesame chicken was overbreaded and greasy. Portions are large. Dining room was so loud the waiter mistook our order the first time. But they apologized and made it right.
Excellent closest to mott st and wide variety. Great food you will not be disappointed
