One of our Favorites!. My husband and I travel on business often. Whenever possible, our Florida trips are routed through Sebring just so that we can enjoy a meal at Coffee Bean. The owners, atmosphere and especially the food are always unique, fresh and delicious. What a disappointment it would be when we would arrive to find this treasure closed for vacation. However, they no longer close for extended periods. (Just Sundays and Mondays) Headed there again next week (and we live 3 hours away)!.
Nice little place to stop for breakfast or lunch in Sebring, just south of the hospital. The decor is right out of your grandmother’s Florida lanei, complete with chatchkas. Filled with a smattering of locals and snow birds. My meal included a tasty omelette, constantly filled coffee, and a piece of carrot cake that would bring me back again.
