I have been coming here for years, order the same items every time (this was my third visit in a month) and this was the first time I called to complain. My Yang Chow Fried rice which includes a mild roasted pork had instead a very strong flavored pork this time that was so over powering it changed the whole flavor of the meal…all I could taste was the seasoned pork. I think they had some left over pork from another order.My husband ordered the Chicken Chow Main, they need to understand the difference between al dente and RAW!What was most frustrating was the rudeness I received when I called, instead of being understanding to the customer’s dissatisfaction I was told they had the same chef for 25 years (maybe-but I normally come during the day not a Friday evening), I’m sure he’s not the only chef. Was also told that some people like their veggie’s crunchy, maybe but others don’t and again there’s a BIG difference between ala dente and under cooked. Don’t be combative with the customers.I am very disappointed that my favorite Chinese Restaurant has let me down.
I have been a long time customer here but they have seriously gone downhill over the last year. In the last 8 months we have even had 4 family birthday parties here. Each one the quality was worse. We decided to try it tonight for take out on the hopes maybe we just go a couple of bad nights. It’s distasteful to treat any customer badly let alone long time regulars. This time we ordered take out. I got the wrong order and they refused to replace it. The girl argued with me over the phone and refused to put a manager on the phone. Normally I wouldn’t even mind a mistake but the dish I got was not even good. We also ordered orange chicken. After one bite everyone refused to eat it. Looks like we will be looking for a new Chinese place. So disappointed. If you’re looking for good Chinese this is not it!
