  When this place was new, it was excellent. Over time, things have gone downhill. I have had issues with the last several orders I’ve placed. They’ve forgotten things, ignored special instructions, or the food was bad. Recently I had Kung Pao shrimp and the shrimp were bad. They were mealy and smelled bad. Last night I placed another order. My favorite person there answered the phone. We spoke for a moment and she passed me off to another person who was clueless. I had to repeat my order and everything about it several times. That and everything in the shrimp dish was overcooked. The shrimp were borderline overcooked. I ordered an appetizer of summer rolls. They came with no peanut sauce. Anyone who has ever had summer rolls knows they need some kind of sauce to make them easier to eat. I spend $50 on dinner and appetizers for three people. It makes me sad to say I will be ordering from another Asian restaurant next time.

  Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!. I was a repeat custmer of Asia Kitchen , and never had a problem with any of their food or service until tonight. I ordered the sesame chicken as a delivery, and after waiting over an hour, my first bite of food tasted like shrimp! I am allergic to shrimp, so I called back to get them to remake my food. After being given a hard time, it was finally redelivered. Still tasting like shrimp, they told me that use the same utensils to cook everything, which is a health hazard. Now I have to drive to Asia kitchen to get my refund because they refuse to send the driver back out. They also would not give me a number for their owner so I could call and place my complaint I will never be ordering from here again
