Breakfast Club? so-so. Read the reviews here and they were mostly negative but decided to try it anyway. I LOVE good sausage gravy and biscuits so that was the first thing that I ordered. It was a disappointment! The gravy was decent but the sausage in it tasted like one of those blaa artificially flavored meatless soy-bean substitutes! I tried the eggs next and they were fine. Next up was the country fried steak. I was tasty but could have been better. It was the usual THIN piece of meat coated in breading. (Why is it that NO ONE makes a decent county fried steak??) The service was GOOD despite what I’d read on here. The portion of biscuits and sausage gravy was GENEROUS! And the prices were lower than most other breakfast places so all in all it was fair. However if they’d get some REAL sausage and a decent piece of meat for their country fried steak they’d be miles ahead! Short version: fair but needs improvement.
