Kobe Wanna-be. I was excited when this place opened in Winter Springs and really wanted to like it, however it just seems like they are a Kobe wanna-be and can’t come close the the real thing. I had chicken tempura here and it was unusual, unlike any I have ever had before. My boyfriend had sushi and a hot meal and didn’t care for it either. Sadly, I’m still looking for good tempura in Winter Springs.
I’ve only had sushi here. Always fresh and great! Don’t over pack with rice which I love.
VERY Good!. My husband and I come here consistently once a week for Hibatchi Lunch. The food is fresh, plentiful and reasonably priced. I prefer Hokkaido over Kobe as they are willing to reduce the amount of salt used and customize some options for us where Kobe charges for these types of items! Hokkaido is clean and VERY good!!!! Highly recommended!
EXCELLENT Hibachi!!! We have eaten at Kobe many times but there isn’t one close enough to us…this is the best of both worlds…close and as good or better than Kobe!!
Amazing. The hibachi here is amazing, fresh, and well-cooked. I also has a sushi roll (Philly) and it was well done.I know someone else compared this to Sho-Gun. I love both, but I think Hokkaido had better hibachi and price. Sho-Gun had better sushi.We definitely plan on making this a regular place.
Love Love Love it!. My husband and I go out for sushi at least once a month. This place is definitely a gem! Haven’t tried the Hibachi yet, but the sushi is always fresh and delicious. Glad we finally have a sushi restaurant with reasonable prices and close to home.
My husband and I eat here weekly. It is absolutely delightful. We love the sushi & sashimi. We haven’t eaten at the habachi tables. If you go during the happy hour it is beyond reasonable. We got buy one get one saki, Sapporo, 2 spicy tuna rolls, spicy salmon roll, 2 pc. Salmon, ell, smelt roe, and sea scallop sashimi for $35.00. Great quality food and staff! Very mich recommended.
