Unique and FULL of flavor and experience! GOT TO DO IT!. Got to meet these ladies at the new Oviedo Good Neighbors Famer’s Market and Bison Burger was probably the best I’ve had ever (and not blended, 100% bison), including my time in Kansas at both high and low-end. They know just how to get the flavors inside and complementary additions outside, including texture and appearance. I can really appreciate good food and will definitely include this in my reviews.(Some people might flinch at the price, but #1 the amount you get and #2, look at any other food truck’s price… I was surprised this dish wasn’t $2-$3 more… wow!)Ladies, it was a pleasure, and I look forward to experiencing more!
