Love it. Go there often they have great biscuits and gravy, I also had the bacon it was perfect not soggy or under cooked. Good food for a great price and friendly staff that were very nice..I wish they never closed the one in oneco.
A good-sized breakfast. I had an opportunity to stop at Charlies this morning. My first reaction was surprise, there were no other customers. I had expected it to be more of a locals place not affected as much being non-season. It was about 8:30, maybe a little late for many heading to work on this Friday. While I was there a few more people arrived.More people should be eating at Charlies. I had the Corned Beef Hash & Eggs and found it a large and good plate of food. In looking at their menu they have a good selection of both breakfast and lunch items. Service was smiling and cheerful, the coffee good.The restaurant is a little old but clean, taking up two rooms, with an interesting dcor. The place is not that noticeable from the road but easy to find on the north side of Cortez at 18 St.
