OK food court food. I stopped in at DeSoto Square Mall and headed for the food court. I selected China Max and went with their General Tsos Chicken, and opted for noodles instead of rice. The noodles were good but a little difficult to eat with a plastic fork. The chicken was not particularly good but ok for food court food. I recently had General Tsos at a Chinese restaurant and the difference was striking. Still, it was tasty and convenient for those shopping.China Max is located in the food court down by Sears, next to the more popular Chick-fil-A. There was plenty of common seating available.
