Nice place. Sometimes I find myself writing a review for a place where I dont really feel like I gave them a fair shot, as is the case today. I stopped in for breakfast just a few minutes after they opened this morning, and they open at 6am. By arriving so early I was their first customer and could not see how well everything flowed when business was brisk. I can say it was a nice place, plenty of tables, lots of parking. I liked the choice of background music, I remember hearing Jim Croce, lulu, and Elvis singing Born in the Ghetto.Service was fine. I was greeted right away and the coffee and food all arrived in good time.I had their Corned Beef Hash and Eggs with homefries. I like canned hash so to me the hash was good, the eggs were fine. I didnt care for the homefries at all, too pale, not seasoned, and had an earthy flavor. Popis is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I often visit places for breakfast because that is the most convenient for me, but it limits what I can order. Popis may have some incredible lunch and dinner dishes, but all I tried was a plate of standard breakfast items.
