Priced like Anna Maria Oyster Bar or the Beach House and has no comparison. Our party of 5 included a 21 month old and they claim to be family friendly however I stood holding her while rest of party seated for 5 minutes waiting for a high chair. And there was only one other patron at the time. Waitress friendly and took care of food order but otherwise not attentive. Told one of our party when they brought out 3 of his shrimp that they had dropped his order and a nice portion was coming. The 3 were grilled and good. The rest came on a small saucer and couldn’t be eaten; tasted like dish soap. Hmmmm, I wonder. Grilled fish sandwich had no flavor. Fish n chips all you can eat not as good as long johns and certainly didn’t want another helping. Glass of water was spilled and we cleaned it up. They didn’t notice. When carrying them the soaked napkins for disposal, finally was able to ask for other items needed since they hadn’t checked on us after serving. Service was not quick and considering the food should have been. Prices very high for the food quality. They did take off the shrimp meal from ticket. Rotten is an accurate description for the experience and food.

My wife and I tried a meal there on April 14th 2014,big mistake.We should of realized that when their parking lot was empty at 5.45 (dinner hour) VERY small cup of seafood Gumbo $7,VERY small cup of clam chowder $6,a average Grouper sandwich with a small amount of very average fries,and my order of fish and chips with the same small amount of fries. Two glasses of WATER,Total bill $39.50 before tip. NEVER AGAIN, Try Momma Ts there you will not be ovrecharged and the food is HOME MADE
I have eaten before at the now closed location and lived it so much that this year I had to return. The rotten au gratin was good but the slaw and vegetables were completely bland (open freezer bag, heat, serve) and my Mom’s chicken was dry and rubbery. Sad to say I’m not likely to return.
We love their fish & chips. Great fun atmosphere – just a little tacky, makes for a wonderful experience. It’s a family tradition every year to visit Anna Maria Island, and Rotten Ralphs is part of it!
