Great experience! A lot of new discoveries: pupusas and plantano frito. Food was amazing. We enjoyed meeting Elvis and his adorable daughter Zuriel, they created a welcoming and fun environment for us. We will be back 🙂
Wow! So good!. New restaurant with dishes from El Salvador, Honduras, and traditional Mexican fare. The owner was so friendly, and helped me navigate through the dishes that were new to me. He brought out a sample of the fried plantains so I could try them. So delicious. I decided to order the pollo con tejadas. Chicken and the fried green bananas topped with a cabbage slaw. What a wonderful new discovery. But the very best was the papusas. Flour tortillas with pork, cheese, cream ( I left out the beans, because I don’t like beans). It’s one if my new favorite things. I can’t wait to come back. The green salsa was also good, but the chips were not homemade.The portions were very generous, I am sorry I ate before I took a picture….next time.
