Fresh, Fast, Fantastic!. The food at Choripan is always fresh and tastes great! The orders come out quickly if your looking for a fast lunch or you can sit and have a cold beer and enjoy an authentic cuban experience. Everything is made in the super clean kitchen (which I haver personally toured) and taste tested by the owners themselves! My personal preferance is the tostada with extra butter and cafe con leche. If your looking for something a little more filling my mom fully supports the rabo, but make sure you get there early because the rabo goes quickly! If you call the restaurant they will also tell you the daily specials over the phone.
