Insanely delicious macaroons. Perfectly crisp on the outside, moist filling, tasty flavor whichever flavor you get. I personally love the cookies & cream as well as the Nutella flavors. They have a diverse array of unique flavors, including mojito, honey lavender, and coconut white chocolate, just to name a few that I saw today, and they seem to change the flavors pretty frequently. It’s not cheap but worth it for the decadent, rich flavors and perfectly textured macaroons. A box of these would also make a great gift!

A macaroon should be moist and light as air, melting into your mouth as it makes contact with your teeth. The bottom of the cookie should have what is known as feet, or a ruffled-like appearance at the base, giving the confection its signature look. I found the original place last year while visiting my mother at a nursing home nearby. It was called Le Macaroon, first time I ever ate this tasty treats. Last week I wanted to get some and headed to South Miami only to see that they had changed the name, being hesitant I went inside and found that these were the same tasty treats, these are heavenly! Yes, a little pricey but well worth it.
J’adore. Try the rose macarons and you will not be disappointed.
