Had the Japanese sushi buffet here for dinner in our second-last dinner at Miami. Was longing for a sushi buffet for a long time and viola! The sushi’s were good but the steak was bad. Honestly, I have had better sushi buffet in Boston but this was kind of average. Did not have appetite for the desserts so could not try them. The collection seemed quite varied.

The prices are very reasonable for a weekday and there selection of nigiri and rolls vary, which is nice. It’s by no means a gourmet sushi experience, however for the price, it’s amazing! Definitely worth a visit! 🙂

Love it. I went to have dinner at kyojin last friday for the first time. wonderful choice of sushi, sashimi, a hot buffet, and dessert. excellent quality, excellent choice, staff very friendly, and not that expensive. i recommend this place.

Delicious!. Not bad for the price, the sushi is always fresh, and the Udon is scrumptious! Make sure to tip the Teppanyaki chef, he cooks delicious meals on demand. Oh, and all you can eat sushi and sashimi. Who needs crab legs?

Not your typical buffet. Let me start by admitting that I’m a little bit of a food snob… I simply don’t eat at buffet restaurants. Occasionally I’ll be talked into meeting someone at a buffet of their choosing, and I’m generally steadfast in my opinion of buffet’s by the end of the meal. Two notable restaurants have broken my buffet stereotype, however… the first is Todai in Tampa. The second is Kyojin in South Miami. The food at Kyojin is fresh, well prepared, diverse, and amazingly inexpensive. The owners are delightfully cheery and nice… Wendy made us feel right at home. Our friend Tony insisted that he treat us to dinner at Kyojin… piling up snow crab and mussels along with sushi, tempura, and dumplings on our plates. Everything was fresh and good, from the california rolls to the octopus rolls. They had mackerel, spicy tuna, and even vegetable rolls. There was also a selection of chinese food and some Korean sides like kim chee. This is one buffet that I won’t hesitate returning to, and recommending to others.
