All though the environment is phenomenal, the service and the food definitely leaves you asking for more. I thought a Japanese restaurant like RA Sushi Bar Restaurant would have more healthy/vegetarian options. The menu is really crowded and very hard to read, the service is poor and not that attentive, and the food is just not good enough. The miso soup I ordered was average..nothing out of this world and the vegetarian roll was horrible, containing vegetables not typical of a Japanese vegetarian roll and to top it off the ones in the roll didn’t even taste fresh. The tiny portion was horribly cut, shameful for a restaurant that claims to be sushi heaven. My food was bad and without a doubt overpriced. I’m never coming back to this place.
Terrible night. First of all, the place is dark, too dark. The music is loud, annoyingly so. The waitresses were great, but the kitchen was bringing out food in a haphazard fashion. We got one roll before we got our second appetizer. The 2 rolls we ordered didn’t seem fresh, had a fishy taste. Also, no wasabi! We had to ask for it, twice. What sushi place serves rolls without wasabi!!?! The appetizers of pot stickers and lobster spring rolls were totally mediocre, almost tasted like they were frozen then fried crap. Never ever again will I go to this restaurant. Total let down.

Tootsy Maki. The crab was abundant which it is one of the things I think it will make or brake a roll (I dislike when restaurants skimp on crab meat on rolls). The cucumber was crunchy, watery and fresh and added that liquid brake to the roll and the tempura bits finished the roll perfectly. miamiculinarytours.com
MMMMmmmMMMMM. I looooove RA Sushi. The scallop dynamite roll is probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. A close second is the Pacific Roll, so fresh tasting and the flavors all work so well together. All of their americanized rolls are really good. I hate the location though, and it’s always pretty crowded. I understand they’re going for the night scene, but I hate not being able to see the food I’m eating. Also, service sucks. Very pretentious and act like they’re doing you a favor. I went once with a group of 6, a couple was running late, and they refused to seat us until they got there…I suppose they thought we were lying so we could get a large booth? Extremely rude. Oh well, I love the sushi so much that I will put up with the service. Prices are good during happy hour, kinda steep otherwise if you are hungry.
Fish Fish Fish!. Pretty good sushi not bad. This place is always packed Sunday nights no matter what the occasion. But if you go for sushi happy hour, you’ll get a hell of a deal every time you go there. Lots of sushi for little money. So if your in the mood for sushi, and don’t want to spend money. Go during happy hour.
