Cajun burger & fries. Lets see. Burger: easy to discern it was a frozen stamped patty from the dining halls. It was dry and topped about center with a heaping of Cajun spices. Certainly not made or cooked with, just topped. They were good spices though. Fries, all 15 of them, were lacking any real structure, more like pasta noodles in solidity. Crisp is not in the lexicon.The beer selection is very good for a campus bar. Craft lovers could visit and be pleased.
