Good Riddance, Cozzoli’s. This place used to be Cozzoli’s, the lamest pizzeria in the known universe. It changed hands over and over. In one incarnation, a couple of weird-looking guys who seemed South American ran it, and the prices were so high, I wondered if it was a front for a drug operation. You know what I mean. They want to LOOK like businesses, but they don’t actually want anyone BUYING anything. The food was disgusting during that regime.Anyway, now it’s The Italian Chef, and the pizza is very good. It’s super-thin, but on the other hand, it’s very inexpensive. I kind of worry about the people running it; I’m not sure they know anything about business. I sure hope they stay afloat, because there is very little good pizza in this area.
