  Terrible customer service. I tried posting this honest review on yelp and owners tend to remove any negative reviews!! This is a genuine review that I experienced. My issue isn’t with the food as it is with the young man who claims to be the owner or owner’s son. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I had ordered two sandwiches to go and when I go home they were both wrong. Not even my order. I called and the owner said he would add my name to their bulletin board so next time I came in I would have a credit since it was to far for me to go back that same day. Well I did go back about a month later and the owner’s son told me flat out I was a liar to my face in front of other customers, since my name was not on the bulletin board. I explained that obviously someone forgot to put it there. And he rudely told me he was not in the business to give away free food like I was some homeless person. He then yelled at me at told me to get out with some curse words. I was extremely upset and shaken. Apparently he needs to grow up and learn how to provide customer service. I was not trying to get something for nothing as I simply wanted what I had paid for and should have received in the first place. Amazing thing is the owner’s son was the one I placed my order with when the order was wrong. Someone needs to train this kid on service and respect .

  Great NY style bagels, awesome breakfast and lunch sandwiches featuring Boars Head meats and cheeses. TV and Wi-Fi. You will like it too.
